By creating an account or using Stream Central, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service description
Stream Central is a cloud-based value stream management platform provided by Dretza. Features, availability, and pricing may change. We offer a 14-day free trial for new organizations unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or upload unlawful content. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at checkout or renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend access for overdue accounts after reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
Dretza retains all rights to the Stream Central platform, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dretza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
