We use collected data to provide and improve Stream Central, authenticate users, process billing, deliver customer support, and maintain platform security. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data retention and security
We retain account data for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription or trial, and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal or operational purposes. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@dretza.com. Organization administrators can manage user accounts and data within the platform settings.
